Confusing Words Of The Week

It’s time for “Confusing Words of the Week” where I take a set of two or three words that get confused and give you definitions and try to give you a memory trick to help you remember when to use which word. This week’s words are:

  • Age – the length of time during which a being or thing has existed; length of life or existence to the time spoken of or referred to
    • He was 16 years of age.
  • Aged – having lived or existed long; of advanced age; old; of the age of
    • A girl aged 40 years.
